Meet our Staff

Sarah Beasley

Scheme Manager

Sarah manages the team and works with the trustees to develop and deliver the strategic plan. Sarah is passionate about the work of Home-Start Runnymede & Woking and improving the lives of children living locally. She loves developing new ideas and working collaboratively with others in the sector. Sarah takes the lead for Safeguarding in the organisation and overseas all Safeguarding training for staff and volunteers.

Claire Schupbach

Senior Family Support Worker

Claire is a qualified teacher and former Special Educational Needs Coordinator. She works directly with families for up to 8 weeks. She uses the principles of the Parenting Puzzle to support families with routines, boundaries and positive parenting. Claire is great fun and families love having her support.

Louisa White

Family Support Worker

Louisa works alongside our Senior Family Support Worker, Claire, delivering 1:1 support to families for up to 8 weeks working on things like routines, boundaries, positive parenting and play.  Louisa was previously an Outreach Worker and then Manager at St. John’s Children Centre in Woking and prior to that a Teaching Assistant at a primary school.

Sharon King

Administrator

Our Administrator supports all that we do at Home-Start Runnymede & Woking. Sharon liaises with our referrers about the support that we are providing to families. She is usually the first contact on the phone or via email and she manages our website and social media.
